Most AI training teaches you to prompt. You ask, it answers, and there's your quiz. Then next week you need another one. So you ask again, you pay again, and you get something a little bit different.
There's another way to use AI. Instead of asking for the quiz, you get it to help you build the tool that makes quizzes. You do that once, and then it's yours. It runs whenever you like, and you get the same quality every time. That's what this day is about.
We start with the difference. Some jobs are worth building a tool for. Others are better as a conversation: a blank page, a tricky email, thinking something through. Knowing which is which saves you a lot of wasted effort.
Then we look at your own work. Your team lists the jobs it does every week that are almost the same each time. Turning a policy into a storyboard. Checking brand colours. Writing alt text. There's nearly always a tool hiding in that list.
Then everyone builds one. The AI writes the code, and you steer it. You test it, you spot where it's wrong, and you fix it. And when the first attempt doesn't work, which it usually doesn't, I'm right there with you.
Last, we get it out the door. One file your colleagues can open. Nothing to install, no admin rights, no subscription. And we work out how you'll make the case for it to whoever holds the budget.
