Hi, I'm Jared.
I'm a learning designer and organisational development professional with a career built in higher education: designing capability programs, coaching managers through difficult conversations, and seeing first-hand which training changes behaviour and which just ticks a compliance box.
Lazuro Learning exists because of a pattern I kept seeing. The skills organisations most need (having hard conversations, managing performance, handling complaints) are exactly the ones traditional eLearning is worst at teaching. You can't learn a conversation by clicking "next".
So I build learning where people practise. Branching scenarios with real consequences, interactive experiences purpose-built for their subject, and practice conversations where a manager can rehearse an underperformance conversation and get honest, structured feedback: privately, safely, as many times as they need. The Conversation Builder puts that in anyone's hands; custom work builds it around your organisation.
When you work with Lazuro, you work with me directly. No account managers, no hand-offs to a production team overseas. The person who scopes your project is the person who designs and builds it.

Information transfer is the easy part. Capability comes from rehearsal, feedback, and iteration, so that's what the work is designed around.
