Casebook
A complaint, an incident or an audit finding, worked like a real case file. The learner reads the documents, interviews the people involved, pins what matters to an evidence board, then makes a finding on each allegation and backs it with the evidence they chose. The outcome shows which evidence was key and which was weak, and scores fair process as well as the right answers.

Evidence, not instinct
Investigations go wrong in the same few ways: hearsay treated as proof, the complaint treated as its own evidence, a finding nobody can point to.
