The Universe Builder
Every organisation has a chart. Almost nobody has ever felt one. This takes a spreadsheet of yours and hands back a single file: every team a star, the divisions making the sphere, and one ordinary process traced across it so you can watch how far the work really travels.
Spreadsheet in, universe out
The film below is the tool itself, running live on an invented health service: the template downloaded and filled, the CSV read in, the world outside added, one patient traced through Emergency, the file opened and dropped into a course page. Nothing in it is a mock-up.
Three ways in, one file out
Download the CSV template and fill it in, one row per team. Or build the structure by hand in the tree editor. Or describe the organisation in a few sentences and let the assistant draft it. All three edit the same thing, and the orb rebuilds beside you as you go.
Then the parts an org chart never shows: the regulators, funders, customers and suppliers around the outside, the union alongside, and a process — one new starter, one complaint, one invoice — broken into the handoffs it actually takes. The finished file counts them against what the org chart would have required.
Nothing is uploaded
The file is assembled in your browser tab. Your structure never leaves your machine; the download is the only thing that moves.
One file, anywhere
No dependencies, no account, no server. A course page, an intranet, a USB stick — one iframe tag and it runs, and keeps running.
AI drafts, people decide
The assistant only ever proposes. Every change lands as a card you apply or discard, with an undo. It's the working example of what the training day teaches.
Free to build. A plan for the hard parts.
The builder, the CSV template, the examples and the download are free, and nothing you type leaves your browser. A Lazuro Tools plan adds the assistant inside it — draft a structure from a description, suggest the world outside, turn "a student appeals a grade" into a traced process, tidy the names — and stamps every export to your account. The assistant only ever proposes; you apply or discard, and there's always an undo.
